Daniel uses exquisite crystal bowls, crystal gongs, Tibetan and Himalayan bells, rain sticks, Ocarina, ambient soprano saxophone, and other objects d’sound during this one-of-a-kind experience. You’ll receive an amazingly meditative sound bath and deep relaxation mindfulness meditation that will melt away your stress and leave you calmer, recharged and your mind clear and vibrant.

Daniel is a Musician, Sound Therapist, Wellness Educator and Mindfulness Instructor. He was one of the first to pioneer the experimental performance and vibrational qualities of Crystal Bowls in the United States, and has developed an extensive palette and collection of sacred sounds which he brings to his work. Daniel is also a saxophonist/composer, based in New York City and the Hamptons. Also known as Mindful Dan, Meditation DJ, Daniel has lead an internationally recognized practice, composing for global meditation and mindfulness workshops with an eclectic, world-renown roster of musicians. www.meditationdj.com.

This practice is the Yoga of awareness, the yoga of the transformation through experience.
