To Benefit Southampton Arts Center
10 AM: Brunch at Southampton Arts Center
featuring an Architectural Talk by Sam White
11 AM to 2 PM: Docent-Led Tours of Select Stanford White Homes
Please join us for our Inaugural Architecture + Design Tour. The day will begin at Southampton Arts Center with brunch and a talk given by architect Samuel White, great-grandson of Stanford White. The tour will then follow featuring exclusive access to three private properties designed by Stanford White, one of the best-known American architects of the late nineteenth century. White’s firm, McKim, Mead, & White, established a distinguished reputation for building some of the most iconic institutional and domestic buildings of the Gilded Age.
All homes are located in Southampton Village, and attendees will have the rare opportunity to go back in time and experience the stunning architecture of the turn of the last century, led by a knowledgeable guide.
This event is extremely limited, with only 100 tickets available. Addresses, visiting schedule, and map will be distributed during the brunch between 10 and 10:30 AM.
