Artists, writers, and creative thinkers were asked to consider three questions of critical importance: Our lives will never be the same, but what will change look like? What do we want to keep as we rebuild? And what must we guard against?
We invited these creators to express what they saw, what they felt, and what they experienced during this time of pause and reassessment, upheaval and risk, and anxiety and uncertainty.
It is our hope that 2020 Vision marks one of many beginnings in the necessary process of ‘post-traumatic growth’ and positive change for our society and our world.
Note to Visitors: 2020 Vision, by design, presents multiple artists' perspectives and observations on all that has occurred in our society over the past year. Please use your discretion when visiting with children due to some mature content.

THE COLLECTORS SALE - Benefit Art Sale Event
It continues! Many of the available works have been reinstalled behind the big wall in the back gallery, so you can still come and see them in person to help with your purchase decision making!
While the season usually comes to a celebratory close with the annual SummerFest event, the current government restrictions prohibiting gatherings of groups of more than 50 has forced all non-profits to think outside the box and create a new approach to fundraising. With that, we are thrilled to announced
Artists and collectors were asked to contribute to this special fundraiser by generously donating a work or works of art. Over 80 artists and collectors have shown their support by donating 105 works. Now it is your turn to purchase them!
All proceeds from this fundraising art sale will allow SAC to continue its diverse slate of year-round programming.

SAC is thrilled to continue partnering with Five Pillars to offer yoga classes at 9:30 AM every Saturday and Sunday now through October on our expansive grounds. This way we can ensure the safety of the students and teachers, and continue to offer the high-quality yoga that Five Pillars is known for.

SAC Public Art Project: Outdoor Sculpture and Art Installation
Artists include Hal Buckner, Saskia Friedrich, Alice Hope, Bryan Hunt, Laurie Lambrecht, and Steve Miller.
This special installation on the east end west lawn of SAC is a collaboration between Artistic Director Amy Kirwin and Artist Eric Fischl and reflects both nature and the new normal of life during a pandemic. The intention is not only to offer an open-air experience that welcomes guests to roam freely and safely, but to draw attention to artists that use nature and humanity as an inspiration for their work.
This project will enhance our beautiful grounds for the public to enjoy while taking advantage of the property. Combining both sculpture and installation makes for a dynamic use of the landscape, and the artists chosen all have works that will be in conversation with and draw attention to the stunning natural surroundings and existing sculptural features.

HIFF @ SAC: Us Kids
A Hamptons International Film Festival Presentation
When a gunman entered the Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School on Valentine’s Day 2018, gruesome images of the deadliest high school shooting in US history quickly emerged. In the massacre’s aftermath, students unite in their frustration at the inaction of elected officials. Over the next month, their actions grow into the nationwide March For Our Lives movement, the largest youth protest in American history. Peabody Award-winning director Kim A. Snyder (NEWTOWN) follows the teenage activists as they fight for gun control and compel the political system into action. Insightful and rousing, US KIDS chronicles a new generation of youth leaders and their remarkable dedication to enact change.
The US KIDS screening at SAC will be preceded by ON THE CUSP, A WORK IN PROGRESS, a short film depicting 175 women from different villages of the East End of Long Island, from a variety of backgrounds, ages, and professions, creating an historical document about the importance of voting.
Outdoor screening. Chairs will be provided. Dress warm!
