EAST END COLLECTED5 and EEC Jr.

Curated by Paton Miller, the now fifth year of this popular exhibition continues to celebrate 31 new artists including six teenagers and marks Southampton Arts Center as a home where the East End arts scene can continue to thrive.

This exhibition has been made possible thanks, in part, to the generosity of Douglas Elliman Real Estate. Public funding provided by Suffolk County.

EEC5 Artists Presentation – Illustrated Talk

Hosted by Paton Miller, six East End Collected artists will show slides of their work and talk about their process and inspiration. Artists include Jeremy Dennis, Francine Fleischer, Christine Keefe, Suzanne LaFleur, Kai Parcher-Charles, and Cindy Pease Roe.

June 2019 Group Singing Class with Individual Coaching with Valerie diLorenzo

This popular class will explore how to expand your range and expression, sing with more freedom, gain better breath control, and learn how to take care of your voice. You will learn effective vocal warm-ups and ways to address performance anxiety.

JOBS PUB: RYDER COOLEY & DUST BOWL FAERIES – Dark Carnival Dream Music

It’s “Charlie Chaplin meets Clockwork Orange with a peppering of Alice in Wonderland and a shot of absinthe to take the edge off”. DUST BOWL FAERIES is a dark-carnival band based in Hudson, NY. Accordion, singing saw, ukulele, lap-steel/guitar and percussion combine to create a fairytale fusion of circus, post-punk, Gypsy and psyche-folk music.

Join curator Paton Miller and EEC5 artists for a closing day tour of the galleries followed by a celebratory champagne reception.

East End Collected5 continues to reflect Paton Miller’s vision of this area as an ideal environment for artists to create work. Through this exhibition, Miller celebrates these 32 new artists and marks Southampton Arts Center as a home where the East End arts scene can continue to thrive. A special new addition to this fifth year of EEC is East End Collected Junior with a select group of teen artists.
