Five Pillars Yoga at SAC

Five Pillars has been serving the Hamptons community for the last 4 years. During this pandemic, people need yoga more than ever, not only to maintain respiratory health, but more importantly, emotional well-being. Scientists have suggested that outdoor activities where social distancing and/or mask usage is possible is the safest way to stay healthy. SAC is thrilled to partner with Five Pillars to offer daily yoga classes at 9:30 AM on our expansive grounds. This way we can ensure the safety of the students and teachers, and continue to offer the high-quality yoga that Five Pillars is known for. 

All Outdoor Classes are Weather Permitting.

Mats & Blocks available for purchase, or bring your own from home (no rentals/no shared props/no storage).

IMMERSIVE SOUND BATH MEDITATION IN THE THEATER

with Meditation DJ Daniel Lauter

Daniel returns to SAC after a series of virtual sound meditations. Join us for a soothing, deeply relaxing, and immersive Soundbath Meditation with Daniel’s exquisite original set of crystal bowls, gongs, hang drum, Tibetan and Himalayan bells, rain sticks, ocarina, didj, and other objects d’sound. This one-of-a-kind experience will melt away stress and leave you calm, recharged, your mind clear and vibrant!

Bring your own mats/blanets. Great for all skill levels.
