Mountainfilm for Students to Screen Outdoors on Friday, September 25th, Hosted by Southampton Arts Center and Elyn & Jeff Kronemeyer

(Southampton, NY  9/19/2020) – Mountainfilm on Tour brings a selection of culturally rich, adventure-packed and incredibly inspiring documentary films curated from the Mountainfilm festival in Telluride, Colorado. Southampton Arts Center will be hosting a special free screening of Mountainfilm for Students on Friday, September 25th at 7 PM with films that explore themes connected to Mountainfilm’s mission of using the power of film, art and ideas to inspire audiences to create a better world.

This Student edition of Mountainfilm on Tour is hosted by Elyn & Jeff Kronemeyer in partnership with

Southampton Arts Center. SAC & the Kronemeyers have been hosting Mountainfilm on Tour for the past 6 years - as part of the Mountainfilm on Tour program they are presenting these inspiring films to Local Middle & High School Students. The mission of Southampton Arts Center is community building through the arts. This film screening offers local families the opportunity to experience the power of film as we explore how change makers around the world are making it a better place.

The program will last approximately 90 minutes and features short films ranging in length from 3 minutes to 14 minutes.
